What does it mean “unverified account”?

After being registered, your account is in an “unverified account” status as you didn’t verify your account yet. Which is, basically, a quick recognition of your identity through the verification of your identity document and a proof of residence.

If your account is unverified you will not be able to trade, deposit or withdraw cryptocurrencies and/or euro.

If your account is verified, you will be able to trade, deposit and withdraw cryptocurrencies and/or euro.

Before verifying your account please read “how to verify your account” – this will help you to avoid problems during the verification process.

Please be aware that:

  • If your bank account is a joint bank account, the secondary account holder, will be asked to complete an appropriate verification form and also she/he will need to send his identity document with residual validity of more than 6 months and a recent proof of residence of at least 3 months.
  • If your account is in the name of a company, you must open a ticket to our customer support and they will provide you with the documentation for the account verification.
  • We may at our sole discretion require additional information or documents regardless of the status of your account.
  • If your documents are not updated, euro withdrawals and deposits will be delayed until you properly update them.

Please do not send any documents through email. Use always the ticketing system and interact always and only with our official customer support.

We invite you to read our anti-money laundering (AML) policies.
