We are delisting NOKU EUR (EURN) pairs.
In an effort to improve the user experience and platform’s efficiency, we have decided to delist the following trading pairs on March 1st, 2019:
NOKU EUR withdrawals will remain available until further announcement. This is in order to ensure everyone has enough time to withdraw their tokens.
Changes do not affect the main pair NOKU Master/ETH (NOKUETH), which will still be available for trading.

How do I withdraw my NokuEUR tokens? – I already have autonomous withdrawals enabled.
If you have already enabled your NokuEUR autonomous withdrawals, you have to log in your account > E-wallet > Withdrawals, on the right-side panel look for “NOKU EUR (EURN)” and fill in the desired amount, your NokuEUR wallet’s address and your TheRockTrading PIN, then press on “withdraw”.
Please note: the first withdrawal for new users will have a delay equal to 48 hours.
How do I withdraw my NokuEUR tokens? – I don’t have autonomous withdrawals enabled.
In this case, you have to open a ticket on our support system, specifying your rock account* and the amount you plan to withdraw.
*You can find your Rock account by logging in your account, going in “MY PERSONAL DATA”, looking for, on the left, “ACCOUNT”, then it will be displayed in the following format: ROCKXXXXXX
