How can I withdraw EUR?

In order to withdraw euro you must be verified (how can I verify my account?).
If you are verified, all you have to do is going to your wallet page, then press withdraw and lastly insert all the required information.

Remember:

1. The beneficiary bank account must match The Rock Trading’s account owner.
2. Withdrawals are processed within the next 24 and 48 hours right after the request. (during working days)
   
   1. During working days: within 24 hours after the request.
   2. During holidays (or when banks are closed): within the next working day right after the end of holidays.

Attention! these information are valid only for SEPA withdrawals.

Any other withdrawal out of SEPA countries requires you to contact our customer support and ask about prices and timing.
